About the Surftrip'n logo...
The iconic surfer statue is the inspiration for the Surftrip'n logo, and is used with consent of the sculptors. Brian W. Curtis is the sculptor of the reliefs and base, Thomas Marsh is the sculptor of the surfer. Bill Grace and Buster Steward (two of the original 1936 Santa Cruz Surfing Club members) are the shapers of the 11' redwood board, which was cast in bronze for the monument. Brian and Thomas are co-designers of the whole monument.
